Return Policy
Thank you for shopping with KKG Designs & Home Decor. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not entirely happy with your order, we're here to help.
Returns
You have 14 days from the date of receiving your order to initiate a return. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can't offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned:
- Used or washed bedding
- Pillows that include inserts
To Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer support at [customer support email/phone number] within [X days] of receiving your order.
- Provide your order number and a clear explanation of the reason for the return.
- Our customer support team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return shipping address if necessary.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 14 days.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please follow the same return process as outlined above. Once your return is received and inspected, we will process the exchange and ship the replacement item to you.
Shipping Costs
Unfortunately, we cannot cover the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part (such as a defective or incorrect item).
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at kkgaunt@gmail.com or (626)244-7905. Please provide your order number in the subject line and the date of purchase. We will work with you to resolve the issue and provide instructions for returning the item, if necessary.
